This is a chalk drawing by Ernst Ludwig Kirchner. It is inscribed with brown ink “KSM7” in brown ink, verso. Additionally, it is inscribed E966 in pencil, verso.
It is annotated in pencil in the lower right corner.

Condition: Very good condition. A 24 mm. repaired tear at the lower left sheet edge. Soft creasing to the lower right sheet corner. Remnants of hinging tape, at the upper sheet edge, verso. Very pale, unobtrusive staining in the upper left sheet and verso. Two pinholes along the left sheet edge, from the artist’s working practice.
